WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET! Healthy Arris TM822R, as in Retail (bestbuy etc...) last used with Comcast/Xfinity. Was de-activated with that account, and that account has since been closed with Xfinity altogether, should have no issues re-activating. Have no idea if it works outside of Comcast/Xfinity, all pertinent MAC addresses are visible in photo's DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK.Smoke free household, includes an oversize backup battery that is as good as new (bought new in 2023), power cable, and RJ45 cable, docsis 3.0 modem never gave any trouble as cable internet modem or VOIP modem. If you are running less than 300mbps speed this is all you need and it has the telephone modem built in as well (that is what the backup battery is for). I usually post within 24 hours.
